What is the Casal Català de l'Àrea de Washington DC?

The Casal is an association created to serve as a cultural and social hub for Catalan-speaking people (and friends of Catalonia) living around Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. The Casal’s mission is to promote the Catalan language and culture, serve as a bridge to help newcomers access resources, social networks, and cultural activities. The Casal also collaborates with other organizations to promote Catalonia in the US.
