Fun Trivia and a really fabulous Silent Auction, plus all the usual fun-50/50, Terrific Raffle Baskets, Heads/Tails and all you can eat fresh popcorn and soda.Doors open at 6:00, Trivia begins at 7:00.
When is Trivia Night?
This annual affair is scheduled for April 26, 2024 from 6:00-10pm and is a main fundraising event for the ministry of Enduring Treasure Ministries.
What is Enduring Treasure?
Through our leadership development training and individualized coaching Enduring Treasure exists to inspire and equip Christian leaders to excel in transforming ministry. Our headquarters is in St. Peters, Missouri and we serve leaders in the United States as well as the East African nations of DR Congo, Uganda and Kenya where Enduring Treasure’s leadership support is desperately needed. We are a 501c3 non-profit founded in 2014, supervised by a committed group of individuals who serve as board of directors for the organization. Gifts to Enduring Treasure are tax-deductible.
Where do funds raised at the Trivia Night go?
Proceeds from the Trivia Night will be used to make it possible for our training teams to travel this year to DR Congo, Uganda and Kenya to conduct training conferences for underserved African leaders desperate for training.
How can I participate as a Trivia Night sponsor?
Century Donors make a gift of $500 or more to cover costs of the event, inspiring attendees to follow their great example of giving for this important cause. Registration fees for a VIP table of 8 at the event are waived for event sponsors. Event sponsors are named in every round of trivia’s answer sheet , on Trivia power point, are celebrated by our MC and receive email recognition.
Decade Donors make a gift of $150 or more to sponsor one of eight trivia “rounds.” Registration fees for the sponsor and a guest (2 attendees) are waived for round sponsors. Round sponsors are named in one round of trivia’s answer sheet, on Trivia power point, and are named at the beginning of their sponsored round by our MC.
How do I make my sponsorship gift?
In order to make sure your donation is designated as a sponsorship, please contact an Enduring Treasure team member ([email protected]). Online donations can be made at our website: www.enduringtreasure.org. Simply click “Trivia Night” and note that your gift is for a sponsorship. If you prefer, feel free to mail your check to Enduring Treasure at PO Box 97, St. Peters, MO 63368
A member of the Enduring Treasure team will be in touch with you to receive any instructions or artwork that will help us effectively represent you or your company in our program.
What other ways can I participate?
We would love to have you attend our event! It’s a fun night to be with friends and support a great cause. Come on your own or fill up a table of eight! Individual tickets are $25 or $200 for a table, and for $250 you can reserve a VIP table where you will be well cared for by our table runners. Popcorn and soda and water are provided and you’re free to bring your own snacks and goodies. (Please, no alcohol.) You’ll enjoy the interactive game on top of the fun night of shopping our auction and raffle.
Another way to participate is to donate an item or gift basket for our auction and raffle. Send along some business cards and we’ll make those available as well that night.
Gift Cards or Certificates for…
Services: like oil change, nail salon, dessert a month, cookie bouquet, lawn care, dog sitting—the ideas are limitless! What do you have to offer?
Baskets: Date night, game night, pamper basket, BBQ, Fishing basket, Cleaning basket, Etc.
Items: Individual items can be given that we will combine with others to make baskets. Chocolate, coffee cups, art supplies, sports items, candles, devotionals, etc.
Tickets! Do you have Sports or Theater tickets to offer?
Vacation: Condos or vacation places are always a thrilling option for the auction.
