Trivia for a Great Cause: New Beginnings (in Our New Salon Space)!

Welcome to the ENLIGHTENMENT Trivia Night, in which you play a thematic game each time, and also play for a great cause.

To start off the new year, this month’s trivia theme is “New Beginnings.” Answer questions about new things, novelties, discoveries, beginnings, inventions, rookies, newbies and more.

The charitable cause you’ll be supporting is . . . us! We just rented a new space in Downtown Sacramento to put on ENLIGHTEMENT salons and events (like this one) and we need help furnishing it.

Your admission ticket to play: Bring a housewarming gift. Whether it’s a bottle of wine, a pair of mismatched drinking glasses, some artwork to put on the wall, an old armchair to donate, or a new garbage can or toilet seat cover — yes, we need all of those.

Otherwise, a small housewarming gift, a potluck dish, or even a few dollars to contribute for the drinks/snacks is greatly appreciated,

You’ll be one of the first to see our new space! And while it may still be a raw space, there will be tables, chairs, drinks and snacks, a couple of floor heaters to huddle in front of, and great fun.

Fun prizes go to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Teams of up to 6 people. And don’t worry about coming solo — we’ll pair you with other people to make up a great team.
