Tristar Transporation Co. Hiring Event for Part-Time Student Drivers

When: Come join us on Tuesday, July 14th or Thursday July 16th from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

We will be conducting in-person interviews. Please come dressed in business causual. Please set aside at least an hour for this event.

For 34 years, Tristar has been Central Ohio's trusted special needs transportation company. We're a family-run business with a collaborative, fast-paced team — and we're looking for compassionate drivers to safely transport students and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  This is a PART-TIME, year-round position working a split shift Monday–Friday, averaging 25–30 hours/week. You'll drive a small route transporting children to/from school using a company vehicle.

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio driver's license (NO CDL required)
• Must be 25+ with a clean driving record
• Strong defensive driving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Empathy and experience (or comfort) working with special needs individuals
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical — all paid by Tristar
• Must meet ODE driver credentialing requirements
