🚴♀️🏊♂️🏃♀️ Upcoming Team Session – Sunday 28th September, 10am @ Toi Ohomai Windermere Campus Pool.The countdown is on and we’ve locked in a special group training session you won’t want to miss! 🎉
💥 Off the back of the Mixed Relay buzz, this session will feature some high-intensity swim/bike/run efforts in a short relay-style format. Perfect prep no matter what distance you’re racing — and an awesome chance to meet and train with other athletes.
This one’s extra special as we’ll be running it alongside the Triathlon Tauranga Youth Training Weekend, part of Chris Willett’s 4-day camp for the TriNZ Junior Squad & U19 athletes.
👉 Expect:
▪️Group swim training 🏊♀️
▪️2+ rounds of SBR over MR-style distances 🔥
▪️ A good dose of fun & team spirit 💪
💵 Cost: minimal, approx. $10–$15 (depending on numbers, pay on the day).
