PROOF OF VACCINATION

In accordance with the NYC mandate, all visitors age 12 and older must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Please be prepared to show valid proof of vaccination and a legal form of identification upon arrival at our box office. Acceptable proof of vaccination includes a copy of your vaccination card or another government-issued vaccination record. We recommend New York Residents use the Excelsior Pass App, and Non-New York Residents use the NYC COVID Safe App. We will work with individuals who require religious and/or medical accommodations. If accomodation is needed, please contact at least one week prior to the event.

Masks are required indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Performers will be maskless.

Triskelion Arts is a fully ADA-compliant and accessible theater venue. Our theater is located on the ground floor, with accessible seats available for each performance and an accessible restroom on the ground level.
