Welcome to the Triple P Collaborative Meeting! Join us at AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina on September 16 at 9:00 AM for a day filled with collaboration and innovation.
This session will focus on strengthening connections across agencies, understanding who is implementing which levels, where, and with which age groups, and improving referral pathways to better support families.
We’ll also review key takeaways from the recent Health Equity Impact Assessment and discuss ideas for enhancing Triple P implementation in our community.
