On this 4 day 3 night retreat you will DIVE DEEP into your shadow self to identify and release what no longer serves you. You will ground yourself and raise your vibration by connecting to your womb space and mama earth, and in doing so you will unlock your feminine divine achieving connection to self, your feminine divine power and a community of likeminded women.

Three beautiful ceremonies... offering a variety of modalities in an intimate judgement free, safe space to create a deeper connection to self and your womb center. Through sacral guided meditation, self-reflection and journaling I will guide you in identifying and beginning or continuing your journey to healing trauma, feminine wounds and other deep-rooted wounds that call for healing and release.
Gentle sunrise movement, a magical full moon circle and a beautiful scenic hike at this retreat will give you the opportunity to deepen your connection to mama earth, nature, and the elements to release and transmute energies. To ground, manifest and receive.
Mermaid Movement Experience! Get out of your head and into your body through the mermaid movement experience. Achieve energetic flow and awaken your feminine divine power with multiple modalities including breathwork, meditation, essential oil therapy, kundalini, yoga/dance fusion with intentional music, sound therapy and more making this a unique EXPERIENCE.
