Spring is finally here, so that means Trio Amigos is coming in HOT 🔥🔥
Grab your Trio Amigos and get ready for another epic ride for our 4th annual event!Last year we broke in the new facility with this event, now we are going to take it to the next level.
Mixing indoor and outdoor events, this competition is unique in many ways and the atmosphere with match that 💯
We will test your team on every level, from teamwork, communication, and abilities. The programming will be balanced as always and the judging to a very high standard.
This is an any combination gender event. You can form a team of 3 with whatever combination male/female. The in-door and outdoor events will be held weather permitting.

NEW time format:
Every single heat will only run for one hour and we will only be having 2 heats per division. That means, you will show up, compete, have awards, and have the ability to leave, all within 2.5 hours. The long days of waiting around are over!
We will be running 6 lane heats for each division. This is going to give an already insane atmosphere, even more energy!
Don’t fret about the 1 hour, you and your squads will be tested like always. I promise 😈
We’ve added an entire new Beginner Division to our event. All loads and movements have been adjusted to fit the athletes that are just starting out. This will allow newer athletes that want to compete an option. On top of that, they have room to grow over the next few years as we have stepping stones to other, more challenging divisions along the way!
If you’re just getting started in CrossFit, this division is for you. We will protect that division and keep those who shouldn’t be in it, out of it! For too many years, the beginner division has been ravaged by those who shouldn’t be there.
Scaled division, we have adjusted the standards and loads a little bit and made them more in-line with the gap of skill we wanted. This division is for those who are in the transition of working skills and loads, but might not yet have all of them.

-Only 12 teams per division
-Team size: 3 athletes any combo gender
-Beginner Heat starts around 8am
-Scaled Heat starts around 10:30a
-Rx Heat starts around 1pm
-Intermediate starts around 3:30pm
-Event Ends at 6pm
-Full standards and video walk through released 2 weeks before
-Full Heat Schedule released 10 days before

***The Tie-Breaker WOD has been predetermined. If we have teams that are tied, the tie breakers will go into action. These tie breakers will be told to the team captains during the athlete briefing so you all know them ahead of time.
