White Bird returns for its second season presenting at the beautiful Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in Beaverton with Trinity Irish Dance Company.Last seen with White Bird over twenty years ago, Trinity Irish Dance Company has significantly changed the scope and direction of Irish dance. Founding Artistic Director Mark Howard “ushered in a new era for Irish step dance” (Chicago Tribune), opening new avenues of artistic freedom.
White Bird is proud to bring this thrilling company of 16 mesmerizing dancers and four exceptional musicians to The Reser in a program that brilliantly merges classic Irish step dance with contemporary movement. Watch as the performers execute rousingly fast, rhythmic footwork with both hard and soft-soled shoes. This unique blend of uncompromising power and grace sends a consistent message of female empowerment.
COVID-19 Policy:
Mask Requirement: Masks are required while indoors at any White Bird performance, except while eating and drinking. Masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops, or similar, to hold in place. KN95 masks are preferred while gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable. If your current mask is not deemed appropriate, an alternate mask will be provided upon entry.
Vaccinations and Testing: Proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID -19 test are not required to attend a performance at this time.
