Info: Mary Lou, teaches Joyful Gentle Yoga and is certified at the 500 hour level. She has certifications from Kripalu Center for Yoga, Prana Yoga, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and many more. She has been studying yoga since 1985 and teaching since 1989. She currently teaches
