The sweet sound of steel pan returns to Waverly Commons on Thursday, May 9 when the Trinidad & Tobago Baltimore Steel Orchestra performs starting at 5:30 pm. This is the second of 8 free weekly spring concerts offered by Waverly Main Street and Charles Village Music.Waverly Commons is a community space adjacent to the site of the weekly farmers market at the corner of E. 32nd Street and Brentwood Ave.
