Heritage has been the dream of Chef Demetrius for many years prior to its opening, growing up in Providence he was surrounded by many different cultures. Born into a Trinidadian family Chef has been on a relentless quest to delve deep into Caribbean and Afro-American Culture, Tradition, and Cuisine thus finding and experiencing his own Heritage.
