Tricks + Flips: A Love Silks Special Event Class
Climbs, wraps, inversions, and tons of FUN are what you can expect as we dive in to more advanced silk work. Within the class, we will be focusing on the more acrobatic side of Love Silks. There will be more time to work on more challenging parts of class and adding on some new tricks and even a few flips. After an exhilarating time learning new skills with the silks, Melissa will be ending the class with a blissful cool down and savasana inside the hammocks.

Prerequisite: To attend this workshop we ask that you have attended least 1 Love Silks class (or have other aerial experience) and be comfortable with a basic inversion.
