BR3 is an Amsterdam-based Brazilian music ensemble that brings the vibrant and diverse sounds of Brazil to the heart of Europe. With a repertoire spanning all genres from around the country, BR3 invites audiences to experience the soulful rhythms and melodies that define Brazilian music.
In this performance, specially designed for Teatro Munganga, BR3 will dedicate a set to the great composers of MPB, featuring their unique interpretations of works by João Bosco, Chico Buarque, Dorival Caymmi, Tom Jobim, Gilberto Gil, Djavan, and Caetano Veloso.
BR3 consists of: Luis Mascaro (violin), Daniel Montes (7-string guitar), and Waguinho Vasconcelos (drums).
