WHAT: TRIBU VOLLEYBALL CONFERENCE (TVC) 2025 WHEN: Saturday & Sunday, August 30-31, 2025
WHERE: Michael & Sons Sportsplex at Rockville, 60 Southlawn Ct., Rockville, MD 20850
COST: Registration fee of $500/team for early registration (last day June 30, 2025), deposit $250 (need to be paid full by June 30, 2025) to reserve a spot (refundable until June 30, 2025). Registration fee of $600/team for late registration (from July 1st to 31st, 2025), full payment. Payments can be made via Venmo (Arnold-DL), or Zelle/Apple Pay using cell# 612-227-0250.
HOW: General Rules
* Open to players with Filipino lineage, at least 14 years old to participate. Need copy of birth certificate or passport of the player showing Philippines as birthplace; or a copy of birth certificate or passport of one of the parents born in the Philippines and a copy of the birth certificate of the player
* Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Please send all documents, recent photo, registration forms and waiver forms to [email protected]. Deadline for registration is on July 31, 2025. NO DOCUMENTS/REGISTRATION/SIGNED WAIVER, NO PLAY.
* Each team must have a jersey/uniform and numbered front and back. Libero will wear a contrast color and numbered front and back. (NO UNIFORM, NO PLAY)
* Game format is round robin on 1st day, play off and championships on 2nd day.
* Rules for COED teams. During each game, THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 2 FEMALE players ALWAYS present ON THE COURT. The team is allowed to have a maximum of one trans per coed team. NO WOMAN TOUCH RULE
* Champions will have free registration for succeeding tournament (Labor day weekend 2026)
