Back at it for our rain date of Sun, Oct 13th! Calling all dancers, meditators, lovers of the culture, friends, and fam! Tribe + Soul, a dynamic 3-hour movement and wellness event is set to take place on Sunday, September 29th, at Mishana Yoga, on the parking garage rooftop. Our new concept was developed to bring introspective Philadelphians together for a vibrant, inclusive, Afrocentric experience centered on mindfulness practice and self-expression.
Our event offers participants a chance to connect deeply with themselves and others in a sober, welcoming, outdoor community environment, set against the beautiful Philadelphia skyline.
The main components of our 3-hour event include interactive drumming, facilitated movement, informal dancing, and an intention setting exercise. Vendors will be on site with food, handicrafts, and art for sale.
