Have fun and improve your fitness by joining the upcoming Tribal Belly Dance classes at monca this spring ?Experienced instructor Mary Jo Brown will lead you through dance techniques that will help build balance, strength, and flexibility while encouraging creative expression ?
Join us in the monca gallery space on Saturday mornings from 10-11AM on April 4th, 11th, and 18th.
Tribal belly dance is a modern Western form of belly dance that often incorporates elements of other contemporary dance styles. These classes are open to participants of all fitness levels and dance experience. Individuals under the age of 18 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. You do not need to have any dance experience whatsoever, the experience is open to everyone!
Please dress in comfortable clothes for movement and bring a water bottle. Hip scarves, coin belts, and flowing skirts are encouraged.

Mary Jo Brown Brown has been part of Troupe Rebellyon and other dance groups for more than 30 years. A retired teacher, she continues to believe that movement and dance are key to living a joyful, healthy life.
