Get on a journey of endurance, technique, inspiration, mental wellness in a group of international triathletes of every level.
Looking for an adventure in Italy on silent roads, challenging climbs, wonderful landscape and fine food and drinks? We have your back!

From the pretty town of Rieti, Lazio, we greet you as fellow-triathletes. We have designed a program to fulfill your needs at the end of the season. How about a video of your swimming technique, a workshop on evaluating your season and meditation sessions for your mental well-being. Giving you the inspiration for your build-up towards the 2025 season.
From a beautiful villa, in which we accommodate you, we will take you to a nearby lake for swimming, on quiet roads for cycling and scenery-winding paths for trailing. Training will include technique, endurance and power/mobility. Next to that we have meditation session at the start or ending of the day. Breakfast, lunch and diner is included, tasting the Italian traditional kitchen.
The region of Rieti is a very quiet part of Lazio, about 100 km from Rome. Rieti is within a former lake, dredged by the Romans. Due to its form and the hills around it, it offers excellent opportunities for differentiated training. For instance a time trial to the top of mountain Terminillo (2.200m) is included, but also trailing the gravel paths and open water swimming. The climate at Rieti at the end of September is not to warm and mostly dry, which is what you are looking for consistent training.
We will lay the fundaments of your training in Winter by recording your swimming technique, discovering your points of improvements and talk you through it and providing you with the exercises to start gaining on endurance and speed. In our workshops we will be highlighting the importance of optimal bike positioning and offer you a structured way of evaluating your performance in 2024.
Of course, we will not forget to have a good time. You will enjoy the local Italian cuisine and drinks in an international group of fellow-triathletes. You will be able to join our PubQuiz at night and you will visit beautiful sites like Labro and Rieti.

Our program in summery:
Tuesday 24th September
Pick-up at Rome airport on Tuesday evening and transport to your accommodation at Rieti
Wednesday 25th September
The day starts with a meditation session. After breakfast we will have a swim session in which we record your technique. Followed by a run session and after lunch a endurance bike session. Before dinner we will discuss the results of the recordings. The day ends with a welcome drink and dinner in beautiful Labro.
Thursday 26th September
We start with a strength and condition session before breakfast. After breakfast we will go to the lake for a swimming session. Before lunch we will have a running session (trail). In the afternoon we will be cycling and after returning, before dinner we will have a meditation session. After dinner we will have our PubQuiz.
Friday 27th September
Again we start the day with a strenght and condition session. After breakfast we have a open water training in the lake and a run session (trail). After lunch we have the climb Individual Time Trial on Mount Terminillo. We close with a meditation session and dinner.
Saturday 28th September
The day starts with a meditation session. After breakfast we will swim in open water and run (trail). After lunch we will have a workshop on the evaluation and preparation of the 2025 season. We end the afternoon with a visit to Rieti. After dinner there will be a second change to win the PubQuiz.
Sunday 29th September
Before breakfast you can join the meditation session. We have a closing session after breakfase, before we transport you back to the airport.
Availability, prices and conditions
The group size will be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 participants. We offer accommodation full boarded with 2 persons per chamber at € 995,- and with one person per chamber at € 1.395,-. All transfers, bikerent, training and meditation sessions are included. Payment will be in advance. Cancelling before the 17th of September will give a refund of 50%. There will be no refund when cancelling from the 17th till the 24th of September.
