This clinic is perfect for beginner triathletes or those preparing for their first pool or open water triathlon. We will have two dedicated to each level experienced coaches that will guide you through stroke technique, open water tactics, and triathlon swim race preparation, helping you reduce your open water and race day fears.
Please note that this is not a learn-to-swim clinic and participants must be able to swim 25 yards continuously. The clinic is limited to 20 participants, ensuring personalized attention and guidance from our coaches and instructors.
During the clinic, you'll receive a guided in-water presentation, stroke technique and form correction, open water tactics and sighting correction, and triathlon swim race preparation tips. This is not a workout but an opportunity to learn and improve in a supportive environment while connecting with other triathletes and endurance swimmers.
The clinic runs from 2:30 - 3:30 pm, and the cost is $35. Be sure to come dressed in your swim/tri suit, bring your goggles, swim cap, kickboard/buoy/fins, and towel.
