Trial By Fire Dinner Series

Trial By Fire is our intimate dinner series where we explore the possibilities and relationships between food and fire. We will showcase a variety of cooking techniques and heat sources, while explaining our methods and thought process behind each dish. 

Each evening brings guests together for a thoughtfully curated, multi-course experience where flame, smoke, and seasonal ingredients take center stage.

With limited seatings available, the evening unfolds slowly—inviting conversation, warmth, and a shared appreciation for food cooked the way it’s meant to be.

To preserve the sense of discovery, the evening’s menu will be revealed to guests at the time of the dinner. Please email [email protected] with any major food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Ticket includes: social hour with hors d'oeuvres, seated multi-course dinner, and complimentary beverages.

• This is a rain or shine event
• The event will be communal seating
• The dinner will be served family-style
• This is a 21+ event. Please have an ID available upon arrival.
• Please note that this will be a combination indoor/outdoor event.
• We love them, but unfortunately no pets are allowed.

About the Venue

Traceland Farms sits on 1,600+ acres of beautiful private farmland with stunning views of Tennessee’s rolling hills. This unique and rare estate has the appeal of diversity.  The farm has functioned for many years as a recreational escape as well as a complete working ranch; with picturesque hillsides, custom built lodge, elegant horse barn, serene spring-fed lake, and rustic creek-side pavilion, it doesn’t require much to create a stunning setting. 

The vast acreage is a mix of agricultural highlights with an emphasis on wildlife conservation, and includes many pasture areas and varying levels of mature timber.  The property is alive with whitetail deer, turkey, horses, a few donkeys, and our most recent addition to the cattle fields - Texas Longhorns!  Several live water springs on the property produce year round creeks, and help to feed the two lakes.
