Barnabas Training Level 1 - Evening Group

Level 1 extends the fundamentals of the material covered during Barnabas Training Basic. It’s a program that includes teaching and practice in a small group context. You’ll have a chance to improve your care-giving skills through practice and an ongoing relationship with a partner in the group. The prerequisite for this group is Barnabas Training Basic.

Each session meets once a week for 2 hours at The Barnabas Center office from February 25 through May 6, 2026 (10 sessions over 11 weeks; skipping 3/4 for Spring Break). Participants will be asked to meet every other week with their Barnabas partner. Barnabas Counselors will lead this group.

Early registration discount is $50 off the rate of $400. Early registration is $350 if signed up on or by February 18th; $400 if paid in full after that date. A $200 deposit is required to hold your spot. Ticket sales will end February 23rd.

Refund Policy:In the event you need to cancel your participation in this event we can refund you the full amount of your payment if we are notified of your cancellation at least 10 days prior to the event. We can only refund you 50% of your payment if we are notified of your cancellation less than 10 days prior to the event.
