Triad AI Automation Lab — Working Sessions for Small Business Owners
Advertisement
A practical, hands-on meetup for Triad small business owners who want to leave with a real automation plan — not another set of slides.
We meet every other-other Thursday, 5:30–8:00 PM in Greensboro, to look at actual workflows — quoting, follow-up, scheduling, intake, reporting — and figure out what to automate, what to leave alone, and where AI actually pays back for a business your size.
THIS IS BUILT FOR:
Owners, CEOs, COOs, and Ops leads
Businesses with 3–50 employees
Anyone with at least one repeatable workflow that's eating their week
Operators in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point
T
HIS IS NOT:
An "AI 101" overview
A pitch deck disguised as a workshop
For idea-stage businesses, job seekers, or agencies selling AI tools
WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH:
A teardown of one specific workflow (yours, or one we work through together)
2–3 specific AI tools or automation paths that fit a business your size
A rough ROI estimate — time and money saved in the next 90 days
A small group of local peers comparing notes between sessions
FORMAT: 90 minutes. We open with one live workflow teardown (about 15 minutes) from a project our team is working on, then we break down an attendees business to find automation opportunities and execution plans.
WHO RUNS IT: Hosted by Ken Causey and the team at Manta — an AI automation assessment business based in Greensboro. We've helped local owners identify the operational drag eating their week and ship practical automation builds across Zapier, Make.com, custom GPTs, AI voice agents, and beyond.
CADENCE: Every other-other Thursday, starting 5/28/26. Come once or come to every session — most of the value compounds when you keep showing up.
The meetup is free, RSVP is required so we can plan seating and prep workflow examples relevant to who's in the room.
