The Tri-Cities' ultimate test of athleticism is here!!
On July 18 during Kingsport Fun Fest, 50 athletes will compete across six events that measure every aspect of performance: endurance, speed, power, and strength.
Every result contributes to one aggregate score, with only the top three athletes advancing to the finals for a winner-take-all showdown.
Unlike traditional fitness competitions, the Triple Crown uses professional sports science technology—including OVR Timing Gates and Hawkin Dynamics force plates—to deliver objective performance data used by Division I athletic programs and professional sports organizations.
Qualifying Events:
• 2-Mile Run
• 10-Yard Dash
• Countermovement Jump
• Broad Jump
• Bench Press
• Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull
Finals (Top 3 Only):
• 30-Second Assault Bike
• Max Pull-Ups
• Trap Bar Deadlift
Every competitor receives a digital performance scorecard comparing their results to normative athletic benchmarks.
