Join us in person at the Tri-Rivers Career Center for a lunchtime event of networking, learning, and delicious food. Connect with industry professionals, gain valuable insights, and enjoy a simple catered lunch while expanding your knowledge.

At these events, you'll learn about the resources available at Tri-Rivers Career Center to help sustain your company's talent pipeline.

Another key feature will be the "grassroots" opportunity to learn from your peers and colleagues about events and resources from around the community with its business and its people.

The topic is GENERATIONS IN THE WORKFORCE: A Battle Royale. Guest speaker, Andrea Applegate, Principle Consultant of New Gen Leader Lab, will share both what the research says about generations and what she has learned over decades of consulting with employers and job seekers. In this fun and engaging presentation, you'll learn:

• Who the various generations are (current and future) and what makes them the way they are.
• How to create the conditions so that people from all generations can thrive in your culture.
• Ways to answer questions like: “Why can’t we find the people we need?” and “Why don’t they stick around?”
