Tri-Cities Mutual Aid and Solidarity Network are going to be having a housing town hall on January 18th at 1pm in affiliation with TN Renters United at the Appalachian Liberation LibraryWe'll be doing a peer-facilitated solidarity-building activity sharing our stories with housing, precarity, lack of access, lack of care, issues with safety, code, and more. Then we'll be discussing what we can do for each other, and what folks in other rural areas in Tennessee are building towards.
We'll have HEPA air filtration on-site and we encourage you to bring high-filtration masks to mitigate transmission of airborne illnesses. We will also be providing them for those that forget!
