Dress code REQUIRED. You will be turned away even if you have a presale ticket or table if you are not properly dressed up. That does not mean suit and tie, but its superbowl weekend you should want to bring out your best outfits, designer wear, etc. No sportswear, Jordans/Nikes, sweats/sweatsuits, etc.
