Erin Wyrick is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with experience providing administrative oversight, program management, and clinical services to individuals in
outpatient, inpatient, and justice settings. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler. Since 2016, Erin has served as the Deputy Chief of Behavioral Health for Randall County Juvenile Probation. She provides administrative oversight of community-based pre-
adjudication, and post-adjudication behavioral health services. In 2018, Erin was appointed by Governor Abbott to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Correctional Managed Health
Care Committee, where she served until 2021. With twenty years of experience in justice settings, Erin continues to passionately participate in local and statewide committees and taskforces with the goal of improving access to care and the delivery of quality mental health services for those involved with justice systems.

Megan West is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor with experience in supporting youth and families impacted by substance use disorders, trauma, and juvenile justice involvement.
She graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s in Social Work and earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. Megan is currently the Behavioral Health Supervisor at Randall County Juvenile Probation, where she provides clinical leadership to a team of counselors administering evidence based, responsive treatment approaches to youth and families within the juvenile justice system.</megan></erin>
