Embrace the New Year & Come TREMBLE with us on the mat!

TREMBLE is a high intensity, low impact heart pumping full body workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio, and pilates inspired movements all in one session on reformers. Come TREMBLE on the mat with us and start your year off strong.

Your ticket also comes with a goodie bag filled with surprises from local vendors (~$200 value). Max capacity 25 attendees.

Mats will be provided.
