Trellus presents: Deep Stretch

Join us for Deep Stretch with Trellus, a rejuvenating class starting March 11 from 5:15pm - 6:30pm designed to help you unwind, release tension, and restore balance. In this 10-week group, we'll explore stretches for longer durations, allowing your body to fully relax and open up. Afterward, we’ll transition into a soothing 15-minute guided meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

To deepen the experience, we’ll also hold a brief discussion at the end, where you can share insights, ask questions, and reflect on the benefits of the practice. This class is open to anyone receiving Medicaid or Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance—regardless of age, gender, or ability. Modifications will be provided to ensure all participants feel comfortable and supported.
