Trek Summit Sunday Recovery Ride

Treat yourself to a recovery ride with Trek Summit. Active rest and recovery can be the secret sauce to developing speed and endurance. We're joined by Paul Coviello of SPT who will be able to answer your questions about how to recover best to make sure your fitness continues to build! This is an advanced ride for people with a solid base and fitness.

What to Expect

• Ride meets at 8:45 / Wheels down 9:00am
• Please expect a 16.5- 17mph pace
• 25 miles through Great Swamp
• Return to store by 10:30am
• Refreshments after
