Join us for the opening reception of “Trees and Water: The Essence of Life” by Linda Heune-Solomon on August 1st, from 5-9pm at Art Source Gallery, 1516 W Grove Street. Meet Linda and discuss her work that captures the majestic beauty of trees and the ever-changing forms of water.Linda Heune-Solomon, a true mountain woman, finds inspiration in the varied landscapes and seasons of nature. Her work reflects the majestic jagged cliffs, rolling hills, and the kaleidoscope of colors in trees. Water, in its many forms, also plays a significant role in her art, from waterfalls to oceans.
Linda began her professional art career as a Scrimshander, etching intricate designs on various items. She later owned a retail store in Twain Harte, CA, creating hand-painted clothing and fiber art. After moving to Rio Vista, CA, she spearheaded public art projects and served as head curator of the RioVision Art Gallery. Since moving to Idaho in 2020, she has continued her artistic journey with Art Source Gallery.
