Tree Babies and Tots is a nature-based group run by Phoenix Wellbeing. These relaxed sessions focus on the mental health and wellbeing of parents and carers with babies and young children.Come along to share mindful, nature-based activities with your children. Grab a warm drink and chat with other adults. Or take some time to consider your own needs and the importance of self-care.
