Through farmer-led sessions, discover how local farmers are planting trees to build resilient farms.
Guest speakers include:
- Christine MacIntyre, Rail Line Farms - windbreaks along pastureland
- Kate Procter, Bodmin Farms Ltd - reforesting marginal land & wetland creation.
Engage with conservation specialists to understand:
- the benefits of tree plantings on and around farmland

- how to qualify for funding opportunities with up to 100% coverage
Connect one-on-one with your conservation authority representative(s) and the Pine River Watershed Initiative Network following presentations with a light lunch.
Be sure to register by April 6th so we can plan accordingly for catering.
We look forward to seeing you there!
