Tree of life: A guided workshop for self-discovery

Becoming Shanta: Bengaluru | Bangalore, KA
The Tree of Life is a powerful group workshop rooted in Narrative Therapy that invites you to explore your own story through what has shaped you, what sustains you, and where you are headed. It will be facilitated by a therapist.
Using the metaphor of a tree, you will map out different parts of your life and identity. This is not a therapy session. It is a creative, reflective experience that uses drawing, writing, and gentle conversation to help you see yourself more fully. People who have attended this workshop often mentions they found things about them that surprised them.
This will be a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. You do not need any experience with therapy or self-reflection work. You do not need to be artistic. You just need to be willing to be curious about your own story.
If you are someone who feel disconnected, are navigating big life transitions, or simply want a meaningful way to pause and reflect, this is for you. Come alone or come along with a friend!
