This rare remnant of old-growth forest tucked into Cobbs Hill Park is one of our area's greatest ecological treasures. Students will leave this class able to both identify our local forests’ major native tree species from leaves and bark, and to interpret the silent ecological stories told in trees, wherever their next hike takes them.
