Tree ID and Breathwork Exploration at the Northern Slopes

In the hustle and bustle of South Bristol join us on a tree ID workshop with an added exploration into the wonderful power of resourcing and empowering breathwork practices!
Ainsley has a wealth of experience working in the natural world, managing nature reserves and knowledge on trees including some great mythical and folklore tales about them which help to remember and become familiar with how to identify trees.
He is also trained in nature connection and breathwork practitioner and believes wholeheartedly in the power of slowing down and learning how to resource oursleves in these stressful and turbulent times.
The marrying of learning some practical identification skills with the power to resource yourself and experience some blissful states will give you a great connection to the natural world and yourself!

You don't need to bring anything with you, if you wuld like to you can bring a notebook and pen but these are not essential. This experience is more about learning through experiencing rather than note taking.
