FREE TREC CE for Legal Update 1
This class is required for license renewals as four of the eight (8) legal hours. This class covers recent cases as well as topics including changes in the Real Estate License Act and TREC rules, do-not-call rules, anti-spam rules, home equity, mold, assessment and remediation, title insurance endorsements, mortgage fraud, and new TREC forms.
This class will cover:
- TREC statutes and rules updates
- property management, buyers, landlords, tenants sellers & contracts and forms
- The unauthorized practice of law.

Instructor: Dan Hamilton
Dan Hamilton has held a broker’s license since 1989. He developed the Hamilton Real Estate Education School. A certified lead trainer for Licensure and Renewal, Certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach all CORE courses. He has logged over 23,000 hours teaching Real Estate SAE Courses and over 7,000 hours in Real Estate MCE courses.
