Treats for Special Kids

This event provides individuals with disabilities an opportunity to collect treats in a barrier-free environment that is safe and fun for all. The event is open to students and groups that serve individuals with disabilities of all ages. It is free to attend but all groups must register in advance.
Trick-or-treaters receive a bag and collect treats while meeting some of their favorite literary characters. There is no charge to be a Trick-or-Treat Sponsor. The only cost will be the treats, toys, or favors that you will provide for the Trick-or-Treaters.
Set up will begin at 8 am and everyone needs to be ready to go by 8:45 am. Schools will begin arriving at 9 am and the event will last until approximately 12:30 pm. Last year, there were around 625 Trick-or-Treaters.
GSRC will be accepting candy donations for the kids. This year we will also be collecting any race medals you would like to give the kids.
