"Treat Yourself" Women/Young Ladies Health & Wellness Party!!!

Who: Women, Girl Teens & Girl Tweens (Ladies) ONLY

Ages: 11+ (11-14 will be accompanied by an adult "MANDATORY")

"Treat Yourself" is a FREE Women/Young Ladies event that is created to Educate, Encourage and Empower women to be their best healthy selves (spirit, soul, and body)!! We focus on *Self-Reflection, *Relationships and *Womb Wellness (hormones, menstrual cycles, gut health and more). We will have several raffle prizes plus each person will be able to ask Dr. Lj Johnson questions pertaining to their specific health needs and concerns. Appitizers will be served but to spice up the fun BYO favorite snack/refreshments to share and recieve an additional raffle tickets (1 per guest/group/family).

"Treat Yourself" will ONLY welcome women/ladies that are 11 years old and older (11 - 14 yrs old will be accompanied by an adult "MANDATORY"). Raffled prizes will be randomly gifted to those in attendance in-person that day of the event. The last session Dr. Lj Johnson will be providing some women womb/menstrual cycle information and answering questions that will focus on physical and/or sexual content and possibly someone's personal sensitive situation. NO children ages 10 years and younger will be allowed to attend for any circumstances, this will support a fun filled, healthy and relaxing enviroment for all participating. CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED.
