Uptown Normal's annual family-friendly trick-or-treating event!From 5-6:30 p.m., the streets will be closed to traffic as Uptown Normal businesses welcome trick-or-treaters in a safe and fun setting.
FREE to participate; all ages welcome!
Trick-or-treaters can make their way through Uptown Normal via any route they choose; participants do not have to start in a designated location or follow a specific “line up” for this event.
Dress-up is encouraged!
