Join us for a Halloween Treat and Trail through the Park and meet lots of your favourite kingdom Characters on the Way! Photo Opportunity / Meet and Great on Trail in the Park! This is a family fun event thats Hosted in the Beautiful Saltwell Park Gateshead! This is the 4th Year for this Event!
Suitable for all ages even adults! This is a Halloween event that’s not scary just family fun.
Please come in your best attire & costumes if you wish to really get into the Spirit!
What Happens at the Event?
On arrival you will sign in at Gate 1 or the Band stand to begin the trail , once signed in You will be given a map to see where the Characters are located around the park and a Kingdom Pass to access the trail, including a treat bag to get a few treats on the way from character stops ( taking treats from each station is not mandatory and optional!)
Each ticket is timed so you will be staggered in groups to go through the trail giving you more of a personalised feel.
You will stumble upon the characters for photos and interaction you'll show your magical pass given to you on arrival so characters interact and take photos with you!
This is a fully outdoor event so should weather be a little less desired please bring coats, brolly & wellies!
You'll head through the park ticking off the list of meet and greets and getting photos with the characters
Characters attending are located on the Flier!
Other characters will include favourites Mr & Mrs Mouse!
There are other activities on site completed the route you will not Cafe, Maze etc and the public parts of the park accessible to public for more family time
Times
eg 10:00 , 11:15 , 11:30
All of the entry Slots to the trail have been staggered, this is to allow time to see each character along the route get photos etc and Interaction.
Note if you are coming with a group of friends please all choose the same time slot for eg 12.15pm, if you want to come at 12.15pm you would need to all purchase tickets from this time slot and all meet at the same sign in location Gate 1 or Bandstand to do the trail together so arrival together is vital.
Note you do not all have to purchase together in the same basket, you can check out separately each do your own tickets, but if you want to do the trail all at same time you must choose same time slot otherwise you'll be on different timed routes.
Prices
General Admission is £10.00 plus booking fee - ( it is one overall ticket that is suitable for Adults or Children )
under 2s - £4.50 plus booking fee We have One general ticket for babies no time slot is needed
DISCOUNTED FAMILY TICKET IS £30 PLUS BOOKINGS FEE THIS GIVES ENTRY TO ANY MIX OF 4 PEOPLE
CHILDREN, ADULTS or babies under 2 any 4 of these
The event is aimed for 2 years and upwards for max interaction
Please note any child over 24 months is classed as a child and will need a child's ticket priced £10 or admission on a family ticket
Every person / baby, child adult attending must have a valid ticket to participate note we are restricted to the number of event goers on each day.
Please note all bookings will be subjected to a transaction fee from the ticket and card company this is one fee per booking we do not receive this.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please note this event will only go ahead subject to health and safety approval at the time this has been passed but in the unlikely event this could not go ahead for any reason out of our control, we would reschedule tickets for 2023 same time and date.
All ticket sales are final and cannot under any circumstance be changed for a different date or time, as a small business we do not have the man power to change times to suit schedules, this also makes the event hard to manage so please note if you purchase that time and date you must attend the chosen time.
Refunds are only given should the event be fully Cancelled not rescheduled. If you don't wish to attend the event for any reason, you can sell your tickets on and email us at [email protected] with the new lead name & email we will then change that over for you and resend the new customer the new tickets.
Parking
There is parking in the local Lowfell area (Lowrey's Lane Public Car Park) but we are advised to ask customers to take public transport if possible to avoid congestions, where this isn't possible and you will be bringing the car, there are car park's available in the surrounding areas.
