You must R.S.V.P. as Going in order to attend. Keep your R.S.V.P. up to date. If you are unable to make it, change your R.S.V.P. so that others can see that there is a spot available.
Our beloved Grime's Creek has been closed indefinitely. So this year's Treasure Valley Witches' Annual Campout will be at Hay Fork Group Campground from Noon on Friday, September 24th, until Noon on Sunday, September 26th.

NOTICE: This campout will not be at Bella's Grove, nor will people be at Bella's Grove as we will be at the site. Facebook was not recognizing the location of the campground, but we had to put something in the location box. Go to the link above to find the campground including directions to the campsite.
There is a maximum of 50 people to camp, and there are only 12 parking spots, so please carpool if you can. If there are any who will be bringing their R.V.'s/Motorhomes/Trailers, you must call either Suzi or Woventear to let them know. R.V.'s/Motorhomes/Trailers may not exceed 30 feet in length.'
Every one is responsible for their own food, including prep, cooking, and cleaning after. There will be a potluck lunch on Saturday, so bring food for that as well.
Pets are allowed, so long as you remember and follow the rules:
1. Pets must be leashed at all times.
2. By bringing your pet, you accept full responsibility for it's safety, health, and welfare, as well as responsibilities for its behavior and actions. If your animal is easily angered, territorial, does not get along with other animals of every size or people, including kids, it is recommended that you not bring them. If your animal causes unsafe or unrestful situations at camp, you may be asked to leave camp and not allowed to bring your animal to any further events.
3. You must clean up after your animal, including any messes made, and poops.
The Treasure Valley Witches have reserved the entire site, meaning we will have plenty of privacy for attendants. There is no cell phone reception at the site, so please make plans accordingly.
Below is an itinerary, of sorts. There is PLENTY of free time.
Friday:
*Set Up Camp: Attendants may arrive as early as 12pm and begin setting up camp.
*Clean Up: To help give back to the area, we will be going around the area and picking up garbage, which will be taken out and properly disposed of when we leave. Please bring garbage bags and gloves to help.
*Opening Ritual
Saturday:
*Scavenger Hunt
*Potluck Lunch: Bring food to share.
*Raffle Prizes (Tickets available, $5 per ticket, now until Midnight on September 23rd.)
Sunday:
*Clean up Camp
*Go Home
