Join us over a cup of tea and lunch as we excitedly gather to celebrate all that Alzheimer's Community Care has accomplished on the Treasure Coast in the last two years. We are thrilled to be able to revisit old friends and invite new ones to learn more about our Organization and Mission. Today and always we aim to bring hope to our patients and families living with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. We truly believe where there is help, there is hope.
