A new year is upon us, so join the TRC and start it off with good intentions!
In partnership with 5 Wing Goose Bay and PSP, the TRC's Resolution Run is taking place on Saturday, January 3 at the 5 Wing base gym at 10am!
A few exciting developments to note:
⭐️ 1km, 3km, 5km and 10km routes available
⭐️ Hot drinks and snacks available after the run
⭐️ Open gym for the kids!
