Traverse City Strategic Acton Plan Think-Tank - Part 2

The City of Traverse City is embarking on a community and stakeholder driven Strategic Action Plan for Traverse City, looking out to 2030. The objective of the strategic planning process is to build on Traverse City’s current success and incorporate new actions to maintain this success over the next 5 years. The process, running September 2024 through May 2025, will be to produce a robust, comprehensive and sustainable Strategic Action Plan, that will guide City programs and investments over the coming years. The Think-Tank will be held over two sessions and will explore macro trends, key drivers shaping the future of the city and craft a series of plausible future scenarios.
