An immersive and professional 5-day training designed to support our longing to connect, relate and grow together.
The training increases awareness of relational trauma and its adaptive strategies, while building core capacities for fulfilling relationships: connection, attunement, trust, autonomy and love.
You will gain embodied knowledge and practical tools for relational resilience, nervous system regulation, and for creating the conditions for personal, relational and collective healing, empowerment, creativity and belonging.

The training is based on Buster Rådvik’s Path of Relating, developed through more than 25 years of clinical and facilitation work.
