A few spaces remain for this weekend in the woods, focusing on the parasympathetic protective responses of freeze and dissociation, which can be more challenging to recognise in their presentation than sympathetic states.
Over 3 full days together, we’ll learn to recognise parasympathetic states as they might be sensed in a cranial session, and learn verbal, relational and cranial skills and processes to support their resolution and integration. This essential trauma training provides a foundation in the field of trauma work, empowering participants to use a range of skills to recognise and meet traumatic imprints, from early developmental and birth trauma to issues of abuse and PTSD.
