November 24th Session:
This month’s workshop is led by Courtney Doll — a Trauma Sensitive Somatic Coach and Qigong Practitioner with a BS in Chemistry and a deep understanding of how trauma and chronic illness shape the body.
After navigating her own long healing journey, Courtney blended her scientific background, somatic work, Qigong, and neuroplastic rewiring to support her body in healing from chronic illness and trauma. This lived experience now guides her work with others.
Her approach beautifully bridges science and spirit, helping the body shift out of stress chemistry and into ease.
This gentle, grounding, and accessible-to-all Qigong workshop uses slow movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help you:
• Soften tension
• Regulate your nervous system
• Reconnect with your body’s innate healing intelligence

✨ 6:00–6:15 PM – Arrive, settle in, and connect with other amazing women in the community.
🎤 6:15–7:30 PM – Experience rotating special presentations and workshops by professional facilitators designed to support your healing journey. Each month, we’ll explore new tools and modalities—from nervous system regulation to creative expression—that help us reconnect with ourselves and with one another.
💬 7:30–8:00 PM – Continue connecting, sharing, and supporting one another as we close out the evening.
