Welcome to the Trauma Release Workshop!
Come join us for a transformative experience where you can learn various techniques to release and heal from past traumas. This in-person event will be held at 1005 Jefferson Blvd suite 400, a serene and welcoming space perfect for deep healing.
During the workshop, Co-Founder & Licensed Therapist at Pothos Health, Kayla Meyer will lead a 30 minute review of PTSD & C-PTSD to allow for insight & body integration. The following 30 minutes will be a trauma releasing Yoga Session led by Jessica Munoz, Yoga Instructor at Prana & Co.
